We lend to individuals, businesses owned by low-income people, minorities, women and immigrants; child care businesses, businesses in rural and urban areas, businesses that create family wage jobs in low-income communities; and private businesses organized as sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations or non-profit organizations that benefit the trade area.
